The learner, at the top of this level, should be able to:
- understand the gist of commonplace conversations involving fluent speakers;
- produce well enough to make substantial relevant contributions and to get full and satisfactory information in an economic context
- read compositions of complex and uncommon grammatical constructions in a business context
- write effective communications of information or opinion in a business environment
