Objectives of Programme's Learning Outcomes
Learning Outcomes of UE
For the AA relating to the Regulatory framework for the support of people with disabilities, students will master federal, community and regional legislation related to people with disabilities. They will be able to position the various public authorities responsible for this legislation.
They will know the different types of services and activities organized by legislation.
They will also be able to understand service organization models, to situate their responsibilities and powers.
For the AA relating to the Methodology of Individualized Plans, students will be able to define the needs of a person with a disability (child and adult), develop an individualized project and carry out its monitoring and evaluation, both in institutional and school environment.
UE Content: description and pedagogical relevance
For the AA relating to the Legal framework for the support of people with disabilities, the course will detail:
* Organization of the State: Federal, community and regional powers
* Legislation related to people with disabilities
* Types of services and financing methods
* Organization models (asbl, foundation, ...)
* Powers and duties
* Control methods
For the AA relating to the Methodology of Individualized Plans, different types of individualized projects will be addressed: * service plans * transition plan * individualized educational project - Individual Learning Plan * individualized support plan * individualized intervention plan
