      Integrated Assessment: There will be an overall assessment for the entire Programme component (UE) instead of individual assessments for each Teaching Activity (AA)

      Objectives of general skills

      • Manage IT projects
        • Demonstrate independence and their ability to work in teams.
      • Understand the fundamentals of communication
        • Communicate information (both orally and in writing) relating to the field of computer science in an intelligible, clear and structured way
        • Communicate a consistent and rigorous scientific argument, either orally or in writing
        • Have a good command of language and communication techniques.

      UE's Learning outcomes

      At the term of this course, students will be capable to
      - use in context basic English grammar notions; 
      - extract information from science-oriented English texts;
      - to communicate in English, in writing and orally, on science-related topics;
      - work autonomously on audio documents (B1 level);
      - build vocabulary linked to science;
      - put into practice the basic rules of English pronunciation;
      - create science-oriented works linked to their field of study.<b></b>

      UE Content

      - Classes divided in 6 levels (A1-A2-B1-B2-C1),
      - Revision of English grammar,
      - Individual work (computer lab sessions), 
      - Document analysis (popularized articles , videos, audios),
      - Introduction to pronunciation and to written and oral communication, 
      - Science-oriented assignments (For Mr. DEVILEZ - Press file deadline : first class after Easter holiday)<b></b>
