• Implement an academic view on knowledge, particularly through the mastery of methods and literature research tools.

• Actively master the fundamental concepts and models of economic sciences and management sciences
• Identify and explain the concepts, principles and models of fundamental theoretical trends in economic sciences and management sciences and their applications.

Learning Outcomes of UE

At the end of the instruction, the students will be able to read, understand, summarize and discuss scientific papers, prepare a scientific report concerning a topic chosen by the student

Initiation to documentary research, to the use of databases of the library and to scientific papers's analysis; preparation of a scientific report and presentation

Method of calculating the overall mark for the Q2 UE assessment

Scientific papers's analysis, Scientific report, Presentation and oral defence. If the student did not attend to the various activities, he is not allowed to present his report. If the student did not respect the time schedule during the academic year, he is penalised by 1 point for all the days he was late.
