Objectives of Programme's Learning Outcomes
Learning Outcomes of UE
split complex problem into quality software components; build quality software components; evaluate software development in terms of cost, delay and quality. analyse a complex problem; split the problem into quality software components ; build quality software components ; develop the software implementing this resolution with modern programming tools; develop collaborative and communicative attitude by teamworks, presentations in public and written reports; display initiative, innovation and organization (allocation of tasks, synchronization, ...).
UE Content: description and pedagogical relevance
The methods used for large software development (UML); Software abstraction and decision Life-cycle; The Unified software development process; Agile software development methods (eXtreme Programming, Scrum); Software project management (planning, methods of cost estimation, team management); Software testing; Human-machine interfaces (ergonomic design, digital communication techniques and media strategy) Implementation of a solution to a complex application (software and/or digital) and its development. The project is a teamwork, a good coordination is essential.
Prior Experience
knowledge of at least one programming language; concepts of software engineering and knowledge modelling
