Objectives of Programme's Learning Outcomes
Learning Outcomes of UE
1. To understand the basic principles of Chemistry and Physics applied in the industry.
2. To allow students to understand technical discussions and polemics between engineers on optimisation of certain industrial processes and their impact on the environment.
UE Content: description and pedagogical relevance
Bases of inorganic and organic Chemistry and the basic principles of Physics applied for the manufacturing of the steel, the non-ferrous metals, the glass, the polymers, etc., for the electricity production, etc.
Prior Experience
Students must have completed, at least 2 hours of Chemistry courses and 2 hours of Physics courses per week, at Secondary School.
