Objectives of Programme's Learning Outcomes
Learning Outcomes of UE
After this course, students will be able to master the bases of probability theory.
UE Content: description and pedagogical relevance
Random experiments and events. The different approaches of the concept of probability. Random variables and distribution of probability. Particular distributions. Mathematical expectation and variance. Independance of random variables. Some fundamental theorems.
The learning activities of the course unit are fully complementary and differ only in the teaching modalities.

Q1 UE Assessment Comments
This assessment test in Q1 (written examination) concerns the part "Descriptive statistics" (the score is denoted SD1).
Evaluation is based on a written examination (100%).
Only in situations where a student has to take two exams at the same time, an oral examination could be envisaged.
Q1 UE Resit Assessment Comments (BAB1)
Not applicable
