Objectives of Programme's Learning Outcomes
Learning Outcomes of UE
the class is focusing on how the concept of diplomatic negotiation started. Through the UN charter analysis and practical cases, students will understand the negotiation frame of application, will study the methods and its strategies.

Partie IV : International jurisdiction case law analysis.
