Specific skills
At the end of this course, students will be able to:
- understand the basic principles of good corporate governance ;
- understand and identify the different stages of a translation/post-editing project using appropriate IT tools ;
- receive a request from a client, examine the copyright issue, determine the needs and resources required, design a project plan, establish a budget, set a schedule, launch and manage the project, control the quality of the translated documents, invoice the project ;
- ensure the quality of communication between the various project stakeholders ;
- ensure the smooth running of operations and in particular the respect of deadlines ;
Cross-cutting skills
At the end of this course, students will be able to :
- work in partnership with stakeholders on the different components of a project ;
- actively use their organisational and communication skills ;
- perform multiple tasks with rigour and precision ;
- Be aware of the key role played by each stakeholder in a project.
