Objectives of Programme's Learning Outcomes
Learning Outcomes of UE
At the end of this course, students will be able to understand long speeches and complex arguments in French if the subject is relatively familiar to them, to grasp the progress of an expression. They will understand a complex article from media concerning actuality in which authors adopt a particular point of view. They will talk with a good degree of fluency and spontaneity making possible a natural interaction with French speakers. They will be able to argue in order to convince others. (written and oral)
UE Content: description and pedagogical relevance
Grammar exercises, lexical enrichment, reformulation, reading and listening comprehension of information from authentic documents released by media and cultural visits. Activities reinforcing oral and written production in French: defending a point of view, etc.

T-FRAN-401 | Since this is a foreign language practice and acquisition course, the student's active participation in the class sessions is absolutely required in order to produce individual oral interventions or group interactions. Students who are unable to attend two-thirds of the scheduled class sessions will be required to complete additional written work in order to submit the final evaluation. |
