Objectives of Programme's Learning Outcomes
Learning Outcomes of UE
To give elementary tools for analyzing legal standards as processes aiming at shaping economic and social relations, and develop the students' critical mind as to the genesis of these standards and their implementation.
UE Content: description and pedagogical relevance
This introduction broadly sketches the legal regulation of economic and social relations, while stressing the plurality of legal orders. The national, community and international dimensions of Law are straight off emphasized and illustrated by practical cases pertaining to economics.
The second part of the course deals with the way Law organizes private relations (interpersonal relationships and relations to goods and services as sources of liabilities or exchange objects).
