Learning Outcomes of UE

The course will focus on the fundamental principles that govern behavior modification. These translate into the principles of A.B.A. (Applied Behavior Analysis) which are in the actuality in the field of autism. Its principles can also be found in some programs, such as ESDM (Early Start Denver Model) or Picture Exchange Communication System (PECS), in pivotal behaviors and incidental teaching, etc. They also constitute the foundations Positive Behavioral Support (Positive Behavioral Support), offering an alternative to traditional punitive strategies in reshaping behavior-challenges (problem behaviors).
