Learning Outcomes of UE

At the end of the course, students will be able to approach competence from 2 points of view : the worker and the manager point of view. From the worker point of view, students will be able to understand the competence impact through all the worker career. Adopting the manager point of view, students will be alerted to the role of competence management for the functionning and development of a team. Students will be attentive to methods that companies can use to assess staff competences and to their role in such process.
