Programme component

Learning Outcomes of UE

To understand the framework and principles guiding the conduct of clinical interviews with people with disabilities
To be able to use the clinical interview as a support tool for the missions of the remedial educator with the target public
To be able to initiate the practice of clinical interviewing and to critically and reflectively analyze one's own resources and difficulties on a clinical level 

Content of UE

The course will be structured in 5 modules:

1. basics of the clinical interview in orthopedagogy
2. the clinical interview for assessment and/or diagnosis in orthopedagogy
3. the clinical interview for service planning and/or orthopedagogic intervention
4. clinical interview for the purpose of support and coordination of services
5. clinical interview techniques for adults with neurodevelopmental disorders

Each module will include lectures as well as practical exercises including case studies, role plays, etc.
