Objectives of Programme's Learning Outcomes

Learning Outcomes of UE

At the end of this course, the student will be able to:
Master the regulatory and legislative framework inherent to the support of people with disabilities within differentiated services
Explain the organizational models of services, locate their responsibilities and powers
To carry out an assessment of the client's quality of life
To contribute to the development of efficient and quality support interventions for quality of life
Participate in the balanced establishment of quality, taking into account the interests of the client and/or the client's environment, the staff member and the organisation.

Content of UE

In this course we will look at :
The state organization and its levels of power
The regulatory and legislative framework setting the objectives to be reached for different types of services accompanying a public with special needs, in close connection with the quality of services
Educational and/or evaluative tools related to the quality of services and its components: service offer, client satisfaction, organisational climate...
Educational and/or evaluative tools relating to the quality of life of the client, and even of his entourage.
