Objectives of Programme's Learning Outcomes
Learning Outcomes of UE
The objectives are:
- Learn to manage aggressive behavior, negative attitudes, disrespect and impulsive behavior
- Explore the attitudes and relational strategies favorable to the establishment of a favorable contact with the patient
- Explain and illustrate with examples human functioning, including its atypical and pathological dimensions
- Receive requests related to "relay pharmacy" requests
- Communicate clear, precise, reasoned information.
- Develop on a personal level by understanding the spontaneous professional attitudes to be put in place in the management of patients perceived as difficult
- Know yourself and self-assess
At the end of these lessons, the student will have to (a) develop relational strategies adapted to the management of difficult attitudes and behaviors of certain patients; (b) analyze and adapt their personal functioning so as not to induce certain aggressive behaviors; (c) provide tools to receive and manage requests related to domestic violence issues.
