      Content of Learning Activity

This course, integrated into the UE "outils de gestion humaine" - "human management tools"- proposes the consideration of human factors (emotion, cognition, relationship, interaction, communication) in the implementation of quality management processes.
The alternation of presentation of concepts and theories (transactionnal analysis, systemic analysis, neurosciences...) and exercices of analysis and situationalization, allow the student to consider the implementation of total quality management in the professionnal sphere with an integration of the human factors at stake. The integration of exercises, role playing, video analysis facilitate the connection with professional practice.
