study the marketing project of a business organization and craft a market research project, collect and analyze secondary market datat; craft and manage tools for the collection of primary data through qualitative and quantitative market research; establish a situational diagnosis; formulate strategic and operational recommendations for the business organization.

a critical analysis of the "Michel Augustin" case study takes the shape of an orale presentation and a written report from each team of students. the grade for this team work represents 50 % of the total grade of the module.
