Know how to manage a multidisciplinary team Identify the needs of the person and propose ways to intervene
Content of UE
* After defining the individualized support, we will present the legal framework that deals with the individualized intervention plans. We will study how to define the needs of a person with a disability (child and adult), to develop an individualized project and to follow it, both in the institutional and school environments. * After defining the work in a multidisciplinary team, we will discuss the management of its members and the difficulties that can be encountered. We will also discuss communication within a team
