Description of the modifications to the Q3 2020-2021 assessment procedures (Covid-19) |
The examination will focus on the individual analysis of a case study proposed to the students. Each student will be required to sent a written report of their analysis of the case study by email (Claire.Dupont@umons.ac.be). Students will also be required to present and defend their analysis orally. As indicated in the initial seminar modalities presented in February, this case study will account for 40% of the final exam score, with the remaining 60% based on the scores of the 3 case studies already analyzed in quarter 2. |

Content of Learning Activity
There are 2 parts in this seminar: - Part one is dedicated to the analysis of internal and external organizational contexts. Students have to detect threats, opportunities, strengths and weaknesses surrounding human resource management. Thanks to such analysis students will be able to define the company main HR issues and to propose HR strategies. - In Part two students will have to analyze case studies ant to define specific HR strategies (related to HR practices such as planning, recruitment, ...) linked to particular contexts.
