The introduction briefly presents each of these practices, while some of them will be presented into detail. Scientific articles will be read and presented. Econometric estimation techniques applied to panel data will also be approached, and then students will have to analyze the influence of a practice of personnel economics on a variable of performance, using the econometric software Stata.
