Description of the modifications to the Q3 2019-2020 online assessment procedures (Covid-19)
There is no assesment for this AA during Q3. The rating is only calculated using the lab reports for the lab sessions which were organised before the lockdown. Together with the Q1 lab reports of AA M-PEBI-104, it represents 5% of the rating of the UE to which the AA belongs. 5% of the UE rating correspond to the lab test concerning the Q1 lab sessions of AA M-PEBI-104, which was organized during Q1. Usually, a second test is organiszed during Q2, concerning the lab sessions of AA M-PEBI-106 and it corresponds to 5% of the global UE rating. As it was not organized because of the lockdown, those 5% are transfered to the theoretical AAs M-PEBI-101, M-PEBI-102 and M-PEBI-105. The virtual lab sessions will only represent a bonus, for a maximum value of 2% of the UE.

      Content of Learning Activity

In this activity, the student will be asked to develop a scientific method. He will learn to carry on measurements, to estimate errors and to realize graphs. The topics of the practical works will be mechanics, electricity, waves and modern physics. The student will have to write a report about the results and interpretation of the experiments.
Exercises sessions will also be organized, with the same topics as the practical works.
