      Organisational online arrangements for the end of Q3 2019-2020 assessments (Covid-19)

      Description of the modifications to the Q3 2019-2020 online assessment procedures (Covid-19)
      Content evaluated: material seen in face-to-face lessons.
      Exam = asynchronous collective production.
      The students, in groups of two, write, according to the instructions, a written report that they upload, accompanied by the main scientific article on which this work is based, on the MOODLE platform, before the specified deadline.

      Content of Learning Activity

      The course develops biochemical and physicochemical concepts (energy balance, reactive oxygen species, vitamins, macro- and micronutrients, Maillard reaction, contribution of the colonic microflora in digestion, dietary fiber...). Some clinical applications allow putting into perspective the studied concepts.
