Description of the modifications to the Q3 2019-2020 online assessment procedures (Covid-19)
The learning activity (AA) consists in a project activity.

The student will be evaluated based on :
    - a report, written collectively by each team, describing the researches, tests, results carried out and achieved before the university lockdown period; and the way modelling works have been conceptualized. Results must be presented along with interpretations. The report must be submitted for a specific date, specified by the teachers at the beginning of the semester.
    - an oral presentation (videoconference) describing the content of the submitted report. Each student must present a significative part of the results, based on the tasks he was responsible for. This presentation is followed by questions/answers from the teachers, specifically to each student.

Weighting of evaluation is as follows :
    - Report : 45%
    - Presentation and answers to questions : 55%

    Content of Learning Activity

A scientific question related to an environmental problem is submitted to groups of 3-4 students. To answer this question, students are invited to use and develop different skills (synthesis, data collection, experimentation, modelling, simulations, ...) in the field of geology and applied geology.
