Content of Learning Activity
Welfare economics and the environment, optimal pollution levels, environmental policy instruments (command and control, taxes, tradeble permits, voluntary approaches), the science basis of climate change, international negociations on environmental problems (climate change versus ozone depletion), cost benefit analysis, optimal policy under uncertainty and irreversibility.
