      Content of Learning Activity

      The following themes will be approached: Universal characteristics of the cells; Catalysis and the use of energy by cells; Membrane structure and transport across cell membranes; Internal organization of the eukaryote cell; Intracellular compartments and protein sorting;  Intracellular vesicular traffic; Protein synthesis, assembling and destruction.

      Copies of the PowerPoint presentations are available on the Moodle platform. Syllabus of "Cell biology" laboratory Presentation of ImageJ (employed for the analysis of photographs obtained by fluorescent microscopy) and Excel (employed for the treatment of experimental results) software
