        <b>The lecture will be set up on 4 main parts:</b> 1. Metabolism of carbohydrates and lipids 2. Metabolism of proteins, amino acids and nucleotides 3. Interorgan and intracellular coordination and regulation of energy metabolism in vertebrates 4. Structure, function and replication of molécules of information
        ==> The <b>lecture</b> (face-to-face) will be associated with <b>practical works</b> (supervised work, exercises and e-learning)
