Learning Outcomes of UE

This course addresses the various philosophical concepts, from Plato to Hegel, Schopenhauer, Heidegger, Kant. But whether it is "philosophy of the beautiful", "theory of taste" or "theoru of the Arts", it always comes back to the same idea. That proves it before a work of art which affects us? How apprhend with intelligence and sensitivity a backdrop of master, without owning in advance the knowledge required to be placed in its context? Any judgment aesthetic must be thought about, even if our emotions we prevail. The aesthetic education, such as the artistic creation free of any constraint, are essential for the construction of a society always in movement. And it its in this same Art joined the philosophy.

Content of UE

The course aims to confront the future architect with subjective notions of beauty, ugliness, and address criticism of art, while having knowledge of philosophies, prejudices to the truth and the absolute ideal of some thinkers (see table of contents).
