      Content of Learning Activity

      Analysis of and commentary on a range of texts (contents, style, length, function). Production of texts demonstrating application of compensation, verification and correction strategies:

      - summing up information and arguments borrowed from various sources;
      - developing personal arguments.

      DUMMET, Paul, et al., <em>Life: British English Advanced Student Book with DVD, </em>(Stamford, National Geographic Learning and Cengage Learning Custom Publishing, 2014). SWAN, Michael <em>Practical English Usage,</em> (3rd edn., Oxford, Oxford University Press, 2005).

      Several additional literary titles (yet to be decided) will be added to these works.
