        Content of Learning Activity

        Study criminal law (general characteristics, autonomy, interpretation, referring to time, space and people), crimal liability (categories, moral elements and causes for justification, material elements, attempts), delinquancy (subject to criminal law, moral responsibility, punishable participation) and punishment (function, categories, punishments which limit freedom, work, rights and heritage, civil consequences, suspended sentences, reprieves, probation) illustrated by numerous examples of criminal acts.
