Objectives of general skills
- Understand and integrate cultural similarities and differences (cultural and intercultural skills)
- Demonstrate real knowledge of the cultures of the studied languages
- Identify cultural differences and talk about them
- Use lexicographical resources and reference materials to lead linguistic mediation activities individually or as part of a team (professional skills)
- Use printed or electronic dictionaries and reference materials appropriately
- Conduct relevant research and report on it in a critical manner (cognitive skills)
- Conduct targeted and reasoned documentary research in both the core language and the foreign languages studied
UE's Learning outcomes
Upon completion of the language courses, students will have a good command of Danish at the B1 level of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages.They will be able to:
- bring out the logical structure of a general text, written in the foreign language;
- render the meaning of this text in a correct French;
- advisedly use dictionaries and reference documents.
