      Objectives of general skills

      • Understand language of instruction and foreign languages (language skills)
        • Communicate easily and adequately, in both selected foreign languages, at a minimum level of B2 in line with the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR)
      • Understand and integrate cultural similarities and differences (cultural and intercultural skills)
        • Identify cultural differences and talk about them
      • Use lexicographical resources and reference materials to lead linguistic mediation activities individually or as part of a team (professional skills)
        • Use printed or electronic dictionaries and reference materials appropriately

      Upon completion of the language courses of this programme component, students will have a good command of Spanish at the A1 level of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages.
