Objectives of general skills
- Understand the fundamentals
- Provide basic knowledge in more specialised fields of chemistry (e.g. in theoretical chemistry, chemistry of materials, macromolecular chemistry)
- Collaborate and work in a team
- Have developed practical skills in chemistry through practical sessions in the laboratory, including analytical, organic and physical chemistry, during which they have worked individually or in groups.
- Have a rigorous scientific approach
- Gather and interpret relevant scientific data and critically analyse it considering scientific, ethical and environmental aspects
- Have integrated theoretical and/or practical skills during an introductory training session on scientific research
UE's Learning outcomes
At the end of this course students will be able to experimentally understand organism-environment relationships through the fundamental principles of metabolism and energy conservation.
