      Objectives of general skills

      UE's Learning outcomes

      At the end of the instruction, the students will be able to define the different ethical and philosophical fields mobilized to understand and solve the health problems. They will analyze cases and new situations with reference to ethical concepts. They will be able to differentiate the concepts of morality, ethics, deontology and law in order to understand the differences and commonalities between them. They will have a critical and constructive vision of ethics and deontology.  

      UE Content

      Definitions used in meta-ethics and applied ethics. References to textbooks and official documents will be presented. Case studies will illustrate theory. Plus: History of bioethics,  debates regarding major themes.
