Learning Outcomes of UE

At the end of the course, the student will be able to identify the constraints and equipment of a standard domestic electrical installation, to apply electrical regulations; to describe and criticize the different ventilation systems in a building, to calculate the flow rates and dimensions of the ventilation pipes; to describe Walloon regulations regarding ventilation; to cite and criticize the different parts of a heating system, to cite and explain the different efficiencies of a boiler; to cite the advantages and disadvantages of fossil fuels and renewable energy sources for heating; to mention the rules for dimensioning a chimney.
