Objectives of Programme's Learning Outcomes

  • Develop a spatial response
    • Master the means of oral, written and graphic expression
  • Interact with all actors
    • Master the different means of expression available to the architect to communicate to informed publics, or not

Learning Outcomes of UE

At the end of this course, students will be able to:   - Perform various rendering techniques using graphite pencils, ink and pantone markers; - Use drawing and sketching as a means of expression, analysis and communication;   - Apply the rules of linear perspective in drawing from observation or imagination and from a multiview orthographic projection;   - Build basic scale models using different materials.

UE Content: description and pedagogical relevance

Perspective and the foundations of graphic expression are studied as a pratical learning perspective:  the rules of perspective and rendering techniques are applied through freehand drawings from observation or imagination using graphite pencils, charcoal, ink, pantone markers.
