      Content of Learning Activity

      There are 2 parts in this seminar: - Part one is dedicated to the analysis of internal and external organizational contexts. Students have to detect threats, opportunities, strengths and weaknesses surrounding human resource management. Thanks to such analysis students will be able to define the company main HR issues and to propose HR strategies. - In Part two students will have to analyze case studies ant to define specific HR strategies (related to HR practices such as planning, recruitment,  ...) linked to particular contexts.
