Objectives of Programme's Learning Outcomes
Learning Outcomes of UE
At the end of this course, the student will acquire fundamentals of cell biology, as for example biomembranes formation, protein adressing to membranes and different cell comptarments, vesicular trafficking, cytoskeleton, cell cycle and cell junctions.
UE Content: description and pedagogical relevance
This course provides fundamentals of cell biology for understanding and integration of physiology, functional histology and embryolgy especially. We will describe the biomembrane structure, protein transfer into membranes and organites, nucleocytoplasmic transport, vesicular trafficking, cell organization and movement, cell cycle regulation and cell junctions. During practical sessions, students will learn to manipulate cell lines and to achieve basical cell biology experiments.
