Objectives of Programme's Learning Outcomes
Learning Outcomes of UE
At the end of this teaching unit, the students will acquire notions of genetic information flux and molecular biology general techniques. They will also perform themselves experiments using molecular biology techniques during the practical lessons.
UE Content: description and pedagogical relevance
Course describing the genetic information flux, the molecular biology basic techniques, as well as genomics and tools developped to apprehend genome-wide approaches.
Practical lessons allowing the students to realize themselves experiments using molecular biology techniques : gene cloning in an expression vector, yeast transformation and production of a two-hybrid test
