Objectives of Programme's Learning Outcomes
Learning Outcomes of UE
Understanding the transient behaviour of synchronous machine, its regulations and load models; understanding the angular and voltage stability problems in modern power systems and be able to propose stability enhancement solutions.
UE Content: description and pedagogical relevance
Dynamic modelling of synchronous machines, voltage and speed regulations, load models, angular stability: small and large perturbances, voltage stability, renewables : stability issues.
