Programme component

Objectives of Programme's Learning Outcomes

  • Take a critical and ethical approach regarding the challenges of societal transitions of the 21st century and raise awareness among society and within politics.
    • Communicate (verbally and in writing) with the different audiences concerned by issues of societal transitions.
  • Work in an interdisciplinary team and collectively negotiate the stages of action-research from a transitional perspective.
    • Communicate data in a precise and non-oriented way.

Learning Outcomes of UE

At the top of this level, students will be able to give a presentation in English (using a PowerPoint or Prezi slide show) about an assignment and/or project carried out beforehand. They will also be able to write an abstract of this assignment in academic English.

UE Content: description and pedagogical relevance

Initiation to scientific communication and academic English; presentation techniques; writing tasks (abstracts).

Prior Experience

Knowledge of the basic structures of English.
