Learning Outcomes of UE
KNOWLEDGES >To measure the challenges of the participation in an invitation to tender for mission of public architecture. >To Understand (Include) the practical implications of the mechanisms of the various public procedures in the practice of the project >To format a book of specifications for public tender (administrative clauses and technical specifications). >To encircle the obligations related to the drafting of the final report of tenders.
UE Content: description and pedagogical relevance
>The course proposes the methodical analysis - with accompanying notes on concrete cases - of the various phases of a project related to a public order and more specifically: -participation in an invitation to tender for mission of public architecture: challenges. -exemptions from the royal decrees as regards drafting of book of specifications. -analysis of the tenders.
