Content of Learning Activity
The course presents an introduction to the philosophical and ethical process, through a problematic approach to the specificity of philosophy as a reflective activity, a journey through the history and concepts of philosophy, as well as an opening to contemporary ethical issues. The course aims to
approach the way in which philosophy can allow to reflect on contemporary contemporary problems, both general and related to the the students' discipline.
The course is structured through both a thematic and chronological approach and chronological approach. The first part is devoted to the question "What is philosophy? philosophy? After an introduction that allows to the discipline and its stakes through contemporary resources, it contemporary resources, it addresses the the main lines of its history. The second part examines several notions that permeate our ways of thinking and can be illuminated from the from philosophy (the "I", nature, etc.). nature, etc.) The third and final part deals with "ethical and political openings" through concepts and problems from fundamental and applied ethics.
