    Mixture composition ; degree of freedom of a system ; mass and energy balances (without and with chemical reactions) ; isothermal well-stirred reactors ; isothermal plug flow reactors ; transport phenomena ; diffusion and turbulent transfers ; boundary layers ; mass transfer between phases ; analogy between heat, mass and momentum transfer ; main physical and chemical properties calculation.
