      Content of Learning Activity

      description of rock as a porous medium composed of a solid skeleton and fluids;
      definition of stress and strain;
      building constitutive laws;
      presentation of constitutive laws for rocks: linear elasticity, viscoelasticity, poroelasticity, plasticity and failure, viscoplasticity;
      application to social and environmental challenges;
      behaviour in destructibility;
      mechanical tests in laboratory;
      assessing rock mass properties by a description of rock masses, in situ tests and determination of quality indices
