Objectives of Programme's Learning Outcomes

  • Manage a project within an organisation.
    • Mobilise the methods and management support tools in changing contexts.
  • Mobilise expertise in at least one area of management.
    • Mobilise acquired skills in a specific professional environment.
  • Professionally communicate and present original work both orally and in writing.
    • Communicate and interact in a clear and structured manner, orally and in writing, on issues, analyses and projects.
  • In an active and integrated manner, master knowledge in the various fields of management and use them effectively in a professional context.
    • Appropriately mobilise expertise taking into account the constraints and resources in the situation encountered.
  • Manage a project within an organisation.
    • Mobilise the methods and management support tools in changing contexts.

Learning Outcomes of UE

At the end of the course, the students will be able to : define the performance analysis and management control (PAMC) related concepts, understand the functions related to PAMC and their possible variants, understand the possible positioning of these roles in the organisation's flowchart, understand the role of PAMC within the strategic and operational planing processes, implement the classical PAMC tools, namely budgeting, budget variance, scorecards, etc., understand the challenges of perfromance measurement and KPI defintion.

Performance and management control definitions; the management controller in the organisation (flowchart, role, profile); strategic planning tools; forecasts and budgets; scorecards (balanced scorecards and other performance and strategic tools).
