Objectives of Programme's Learning Outcomes

  • Mobilise expertise in at least one area of management.

  • Be independent and regularly adapt to new contexts.

    • Monitor knowledge and methodological approaches in order to evolve their thinking and practice.
    • Assess their practices and be able to question it.

Learning Outcomes of UE

At the end of this course, students will be able to adopt an analytical perspective on consumers' behaviours. The course highlights consumers' decision process and the different variables that influence the behaviour. For each of them the marketing implications are explained. This allows a more practical view on the different aspects.This combined approach is a way to emphasise the importance of analysing consumers' behaviour in order to implement effective marketing strategies.

UE Content: description and pedagogical relevance

The course covers the main theories pertaining to consumers behaviors et their decision processes.
The different variables of influence (internal and external) will be explained in order to understand how they impact behaviors and consumption patterns.
Moreover, an analysis of current topics related to consumption will be offered. These topics can vary from one year to another according to the trends in consumption.
