Learning Outcomes of UE

At the end of the 2nd block, students will be able to:
- bring out the logical structure of a general text, written in the foreign language;
- render the meaning of this text in a correct French;
- advisedly use dictionaries and reference documents.

Introduction to the basic of the written and spoken translation principles and technologies.
Introduction to the translation of informative and pragmatic texts, accessible at the B2 level of the CEFR.
