      Explain the organization of perception and attention in humans
      Explain the functioning of conditioning, social and cognitive learning
      Explain the functioning of human memory and its different components
      Explain executive functioning as well as inductive and deductive reasoning

      Explain the conative processes: Chapter 1 considers the concepts of motivations, needs, goals, and volition.
      Explain the emotions: Chapter 2 is an introduction to emotions, the definition of an emotion, the functions of emotions, the neurobiological basis of emotions, the regulation of emotions and the social sharing of emotions.
      Explain the attachment and Personality: Chapter 3 is about understanding the impact of attachment and personality on individual functioning.
      Explain stress and health: Chapter 4 is a general introduction to the concepts of stress and health. In particular, it defines the notions of stress, coping and social support; as well as the notion of health.
