Objectives of Programme's Learning Outcomes
Learning Outcomes of UE
The major aims of this course are to develop an understanding of the human body at tissue and organ levels. The structural orientation is of importance since it allows the integration with other course such as physiology, immunology, biochemistry or cell biology. The course also aims to indicate the clinical importance of the subject and the relevance of histology in general biology. Finally, this course is a prerequisite to the study of Histopathology.

Special histology covers the structure of organ systems: Heart and circulatory systems, Immune system, digestive tract, Respiratory system, Skin, Endocrine system and Urogenital systems
